Checking environmental conditions; checking the profile measurements and DFT after blasting and painting capable to handle manpower effectively. |
| 2. | INDUSTRIAL PAINTER(SPRAY PAINTERS) | HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL | +10 Years | Must have industrial painting experience; Must know how to select appropriate paint or mix paints. Operate Brush / Spray painting to apply protective coatings and paints to the fabricated structural steel material or pipes/spools and Tanks. Ability to operate Compressors, Airless spray machine, Plural compound spray machine & Conventional Spray Guns. |
| 3. | INDUSTRIAL PIPE INTERNAL PAINTER(SPRAY PAINTERS) | HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL | +10 Years | Must have industrial painting experience; Must know how to select appropriate paint or mix paints. Operate Brush / Spray painting to apply protective coatings and paints to the pipes/spools and Tanks. Ability to operate Compressors, Spool internal painting machine & Conventional Spray Guns. |
| 4. | SANDBLASTERS | HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL | +10 Years | Must have experience in sandblasting.Ability to operate Compressors & Blasting Equipment.Able to do Garnet & Metal Grit Blasting in exterior applications of materials.Skilled in using a variety of sandblasting equipment. |
| 5. | PIPE INTERNAL SANDBLASTER | HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL | +10 Years | Must have experience in sandblasting.Ability to operate Compressors & pipe internal Blasting machine.Able to do Garnet & Metal Grit Blasting materials.Skilled in using a variety of sandblasting equipment. |
| 6. | HELPERS | HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL | +5 Years | Knowledge in tools & tackles. Shall have good communication skills. Able to adopt safe work practices.Have to work with Painters, Blasters & Insulators and capable to handle the garnet cleaning and collecting. |
