A major organization (5000+ personnel) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all the aspects of the HR including recruitment(local and from abroad) for all levels, employee engagement and induction, providing guidance on performance management, etc.
The candidate should be :
- Holding a bachelor degree in Human Resources or in a related field,
- Fluent in English ; Arabic being a plus,
- Having 15+ years of experience in the field, among which 10+ years in the Gulf; previous experience in Kuwait is a plus; Kuwaiti residence is also a plus
